Overview

Weber is the world’s leading industrial mortar manufacturer, and offers a complete range of solutions developed using advanced formulation technology for external wall insulation, renders, tile fixing and construction mortar markets.

The challenge

We were tasked to create an effective, memorable 2 day team-building event to further motivate the 50-strong Weber sales force and other employees within the business, in order to encourage greater collaboration and supercharge a nationwide sales drive.

The ‘Let us go forward together’ WW2 based event was held at The Royal Air Force Museum Cosford, located in Cosford, Shropshire.

A museum dedicated to the history of aviation and the Royal Air Force in particular.

With the client excited by the venue, the event would assist in creating greater opportunities for inter-departmental working, encourage knowledge sharing and create an environment for creative thinking and problem solving.

This was the second event the agency was tasked to create and organise (the previous year’s event took place at The National Space Centre, Leicester – a leading visitor attraction devoted to space science and astronomy).
