A brand that sets the new standard in Multi-Comfort buildings

Together they offer a range of high performance energy-saving products and solutions, to help create great living places and improved daily life. 

The challenge

We typically spend 90% of our time inside a building. So the buildings we live, work and play, have a huge potential effect on our health and overall sense of comfort. But how often do we consider how they actually perform? 

Saint-Gobain’s goal is to contribute rich experiences to create a better, more comfortable, more sustainable future. 

The MULTICOMFORT concept offers comfort from every angle – for everyone, everywhere, whatever type of building they’re occupying. 

indigoRiver were tasked to assist in the UK campaign launch of the MULTICOMFORT concept, and we created a solution that fully embraced the MULTICOMFORT proposition for the individual end user. 

This included creating the brand’s visual identity, developing user experiences, maintaining a story through multi-channel collateral and developing a ‘voice’ for the brand. 

The campaign proved to be a great success. Subsequently, Saint-Gobain participated in Ecobuild 2015. The exhibition space we created, was inundated with sign-up’s and enquires from architects.

The stand was structured into four unique rooms. Each room allowed visitors to fully interact between all four comfort points. 

The campaign created quite an impact. 

On the day, visitors received Saint Gobain MULTICOMFORT packs, which included links to informative videos and a ‘day in the life of MULTICOMFORT’ short film. 

Also, qualifying architects received a bespoke hardback book of the technical details, and best practice of MULTICOMFORT. 

The Results

  • Hugely successful ecobuild launch event resulted in increased enquiries from architects
  • The brand recognition and end user story has become more widely known within the construction industry
  • ‘My Comfort’ was the first to set the standard in the construction in dustry for the Multi-Comfort concept
  • The ‘My Comfort’ concept was rolled out across other Saint-Gobain businesses to create a market differentiating position
