In June 2017 Mecalac attended Plantworx; the UK’s largest outdoor construction exhibition. Following the success of these 3 days, Mecalac came back with a database of new leads, looking for a simple way of communicating to them. We were tasked with building a bespoke system for the sales team to use; allowing them to contact and follow up leads that were acquired.
A simple, easy to use system was built specifically for Mecalac. Each dealer had their own login, with their own leads already assigned to them upon login. Reminders were sent on a weekly basis to ensure communication did not drop off.
We acquired up to 80% of lead generation, and the system worked so well, that this will be rolled out across future events and exhibitions where Mecalac will be attending.
